How does PerfectScale by DoiT calculate its pricing?
Our pricing is based on your environment's average monthly vCPU consumption. PerfectScale by DoiT calculates the amount of vCPU cores per month allotted across any cloud or self-hosted Kubernetes environments, providing complete transparency into your licensing needs and utilization.
What Kubernetes environment do you support?
PerfectScale by DoiT is completely agnostic to all Kubernetes flavors and cloud types (including private data centers).
Is there a self-hosted version of PerfectScale available?
Yes, PerfectScale offers a self-hosted deployment option for customers who prefer to run the platform within their infrastructure. This is ideal for organizations with strict security, compliance, or data residency requirements, or those seeking full operational independence.

Do I need a license for each user?
No, you can create unlimited users per account.
What happens if my monthly vCPUs increase over the year?
Our Advanced and Expert packages include a 5% grace buffer above your purchased vCPU licensing. We will notify you when you approach this limit. Any additional licenses needed will be priced at a prorated rate that aligns with your current billing cycle.
What happens when my free account expires?
Your free account never expires! If your total monthly allocated vCPUs of your Kubernetes infrastructure is more than 300, or you are interested in premium capabilities, like automation, you will have to purchase either the Advanced or Expert licensing to continue using PerfectScale. If you are below the 300 vCPU threshold, your account will remain in the Community package.
